Revitalising a home with structural changes, modern renovations, and custom outdoor features

First, we focused on the interior, where we made substantial structural changes to open up the living spaces. The goal was to create a more connected, open-plan feel throughout the house. We removed several walls to allow the spaces to flow more freely and installed a new kitchen, designed with modern appliances and a stylish layout to enhance the client’s everyday living.

In addition to the kitchen, we also completely refurbished both bathrooms and the utility area, all tailored to the client’s desire for modern, functional spaces. A key feature of the interior was a bespoke dog wash area, designed to provide convenience while maintaining the overall aesthetic of the home. This custom feature was created with the client’s pets in mind, allowing them to keep their home clean without compromising on style.

Once the interior was complete, we moved on to the external works. The client requested a small extension to increase the size of their office space, and we were happy to design and build this new area. It was carefully integrated into the existing structure, maximizing natural light and creating an inspiring work environment.

Finally, we turned our attention to the exterior landscaping. The client wanted to enhance their property's curb appeal and security, so we designed and installed electric gates, along with extensive landscaping works, to transform the outdoor area into a welcoming and private space.

Throughout the entire renovation, we were fortunate that the client wasn't living on-site, which allowed us to work efficiently without interruptions. However, the client was actively involved and visited regularly to make key decisions, ensuring the project remained aligned with their vision. The final result is a beautifully renovated home, with updated interiors, a new office extension, and a thoughtfully landscaped garden, all completed to the highest standard.
