1. Initial contact.

Whether by phone, email, or our online contact form, we’ll gather the essential details about your project. We will need your address and contact information (with your consent, of course) and the budget you have in mind. We’ll also ask a few questions to understand your vision and any plans or documentation you may already have.

2. Sharing your vision.
​​
Following your initial contact, we’ll request more detailed information about your project via phone or email. This includes a description, photos, and any drawings you may have. Don’t worry if you’re still in the early stages, we’re here to guide you.
​
If you need an architect, we can connect you with one of our trusted partners to create a tailored design that works for you. They’ll also handle any necessary planning permissions required to ensure everything is in place.

3. Site visit and personal consultation.
​​
Once we have the necessary information from you, Paris will arrange for Nathan to meet you to discuss your project in detail. This is very relaxed and often involves coffee and cake, on or off-site. We value your time and ours, therefore Nathan will prepare for the meeting by thoroughly reviewing the information provided in advance.

You are an important part of the project team. Our focus is to help you gain clarity in what is required to deliver your vision.
​
4. Quotation and feedback.
​
Following the initial contact discussion, we will prepare a detailed quotation or estimate. All of this is done with quality, time and cost in mind.
​​
We encourage you to review it at your own pace, and then meet us for a follow-up to clarify any details. The plan may evolve during communication with us, as we may offer ideas that inspire you to do things differently. We will always share our knowledge, revisit architects and have those difficult conversations with you, to ensure that your needs and expectations are fully reflected in the proposal.

5. Securing your build slot.
​​
Once you’re happy with the proposal and ready to move forward, we’ll reserve your build slot with a reservation fee. This is an exciting part of the journey where we make a commitment to you and vice versa.

This is fundamental not only for calendar management, but it enables us to plan for your work. We will need to order materials that are made to measure that have a significant lead time ready for your project.

We’ll also establish a private WhatsApp group for streamlined communication throughout.
​
6. Materials and scheduling.
​​
Nathan will assist with selecting materials, offering recommendations for showrooms and suppliers based on your style and budget.
​
You’ll receive regular updates on delivery times and schedules, and we’ll work with you to agree on a start date that suits your timeline.
​
7. Commencement of works.
​​
Here is where the planning, conversations and scheduling come together. With everything in place, work will begin.
Regular updates via WhatsApp will ensure you’re informed every step of the way.

8. Monitoring progress.
​​
Throughout the project, site visits will be conducted regularly to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure quality standards are met. Invoices from suppliers and clients will be processed in good time and monitored to ensure accuracy. This gives you peace of mind throughout the construction process.

9. Project completion.
​​
This is such an exciting day for everyone. Nathan will conduct a thorough review of the site, ensuring every detail meets our high standards and your expectations. Once everything meets your approval we’ll issue the final invoice and arrange a follow-up call to confirm your satisfaction.
